Title: Mushrooms and Garlic in Yogurt

Yield: 4 Servings

1lbButton Mushrooms
1/2ozSunflower Margarine
  Salt
  Pepper
3 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
1pnFreshly Grated Nutmeg
1tbFresh chopped Parsley
4tbFat-free Plain Yogurt

Wipe the mushrooms clean with kitchen paper. Trim the stalks if necessary. Heat the margarine in a large frying pan. Add the mushrooms and cook gently for two to three minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the salt and pepper, garlic, nutmeg, and parsley, and continue to cook for two to three minutes longer shaking the pan so that nothing sticks. Finally add the yogurt and cook gently for five minutes. Serve immediately
